Design Consideration:
All James Kitset Homes are priced for a flat, level
site of good load-bearing ground. Our houses are designed for medium wind zone, but
can be upgraded for High & Very High wind zones. Please note that
Kitset Home Packages are NOT to be confused with transportable homes or
site-built homes.
